Myself Sandhya Deshmukh owner of Aajol Daycare Kharadi. Starting with the time period... It's been almost 5 and a half years since I got in touch with Aajol Franchise and seeing further to continue.
Talking about my views and opinions towards Aajol: It's been a great journey with same destination. It is said that practical experience is more important than bookish knowledge... This is what I got from Aajol, lot of experiences and opportunities to learn from and rise. Even in this pandemic situation we are getting support from Aajol in the form of Sessions and meetings and many more.

Aajol Fatima Nagar... Its almost 2.5 years the journey of Aajol Fatima Nagar started. Initially we had only one admission but we knew it will bloom within few days.
Personaly we loved the Aajols work culture. The way kids were engaged whole day with different activities. They were learning but not as the traditional way like sit in front of teacher and listen it... But we were giving them experience of the things and taught them how to learn through interactive fun activities.. Their smile made us cheerful while working. Aajols work culture is actually the USP of Aajol... Grateful and Thank you very much Monika Ma'am for giving us opportunity.

Aranyeshwar Franchise.. It has been 2yrs that I have taken up Aajol & has been a mesmerizing experience for me. At Aajol I would learn to be more systematic & very positive with my working. Your overwhelming support has helped me to make Aajol Aranyeshwar a lovely place for all my small kids. I wish, with your guidance I would like to have 2 or more such units in near future.
