Existing premises should be 2 or 3 BHK flat/row house/bungalow preferable on the ground floor/1st or 2nd floor approximately 1200-1400 sq. ft are. outdoor play are(optional). Row house/Bungalow/individual house is preferred
If existing day care is being run in flat, then it should be preferably on the ground/1st/2nd floor only.
Utilization of Space
Existing Preschool premises - with 1 room, Kitchen and play area must be made available from Morning for infant Daycare facility.
After school hours, all rooms & premises will be handed over to Aajol to run Daycare.
Aajol will arrange the necessary Daycare Set up & infrastructure on their own without disturbing the school infrastructure
Financials
Aajol will share the monthly rent & electricity bill of property with Preschool Owner
Aajol will look after the Daycare staff, their salaries, other expenses for running Daycare.
