  4. Include the RAN and original receipt

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

Refund Process

Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days for refund to appear

UPI/Net Banking: 2-3 business days for refund to appear

Cash on Delivery: Bank account details will be required for NEFT transfer
